1. How can I unsubscribe from Gogogy?
There are 3 ways to stop the service:
1: Via text/sms: You can opt-out at any time by sending 'STOP' to 43962. You will be unsubscribed immediately.
2: Via e-mail: You can send an e-mail containing the phone number that needs to be unsubscribed to firstname.lastname@example.org
3: Via telephone help line: customers can call the live help line number 0861106472 (toll free).
2. How can I sign up for Gogogy?
When you're surfing the internet you might come across one of the Gogogy promotions, you may decide to try. (Usually, you will be expected to solve a question or a puzzle, with an opportunity to win a prize). If you have solved the puzzle/question, you will be asked to fill up your mobile phone number in the column displayed. After filling in your mobile phone number, you will receive a free confirmation message. It's also possible that you receive a pin number which you have to fill in. The moment you confirm this confirmation message of fill in the pin number, you are officially in the race to win the prize
3. What do I pay for the service?
When you are subscribed to Gogogy you will be charged a 5R joining fee and 10R a day or 7R a day (depends on the service).
4. How do I play?
Every week we will sent you 5 messages containing mobile content.
5. I did not know this was a subscription service?
All advertisement material clearly states that this concerns a subscription service. Furthermore, after subscribing the customer receives a free of charge information message stating the costs of the service, frequency, information on how to opt-out and a website address for more information on the service.
6. I did not subscribe to this service, why am I receiving messages?
We do not send any messages to a mobile phone number if the number is not subscribed to one of our services. Maybe you do not remember sending the message. Be careful when lending your mobile phone to people. The subscription is only activated when you have initiated it.
7. My under aged child subscribed to the service?
We understand this is an unpleasant situation. To unsubscribe your child from our service directly, send a text message stating 'STOP' to 43962. For other methods of unsubscription, see question 1.
8. How do I know that I have won a prize?
Winners will be contacted within 5 business days after the promotion has ended, by one of our employees. Promotions run for six months. Customers can not enquire information from Customer Care, to inform them if they have won a prize. Customer care will automatically inform the customer personally if this is the case.
